Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• What shipping methods do we offer? Swiss Post and Swiss Post International. We can also ship from our storage in Greece internationally. We can also offer local delivery based on agreement deals.
• How long will each shipping method take? 10-15 Bus.Days for local deliveries. 15 to 30 Bus. Days for International.
• Do we charge handling or processing fees? Yes. Please see detailed fees after finalizing your order/before releasing payment.
• How long is our handling time? For small orders around 5 Bus. Days. For big orders 10 to 15 Bus. Days.
• How do we handle missing, lost, or undelivered packages? In any case or receiving the wrong product, defect product, missing the order completely: please contact us directly with your proof of payment and shipment details.
• Do we offer international shipping? Yes, under consultation with the specific client and depending on the location's restrictions or regulations.
